маловато текста

а что именно смущает?

смарт для ССД - не то же, что для HDD в той части что его НЕИЗВЕСТНО как считать, не зная алгоритмов производителя,

проще всего - найти тулзу производителя и утешиться цифрами
надежнее всего - делать бэкапы

Если у вас есть сомнения относительно SSD, вы можете также "погонять" его утилитой R.tester.
