AkSs, Можно и без SFP, тогда роль SFP выполняет медиаконвертер, работать будет, только как совершенно верно указал hint000 - для WDM длина волн должна быть разная. С одной стороны - 1550, с другой - 1310. Одинаковые устройства между собой не соединятся. НО я не особо люблю схему с медиаконвертерами из-за лишней точки отказа. Еще одно устройство, еще один БП.
