Почему возникает ошибка error MSB3411 при установке Foundation через npm?

Ошибка при установке Foundation или npm install.
Изначально была ошибка в отсутствии Python, после .NET Framevork 2.0 SDK. Установил все и они исчезли. Но, после установки .NET Framework 3.5 всеравно ошибка.
Как исправить ошибку и из за чего она возникла раньше все было нормально.
Система Windows 10.
Node.js и npm последния версия скачаная с офф. сайта.

npm install --global --production windows-build-tools

Выполнил команду, теперь другая ошибка

F:\Another\domains\sm\node_modules\node-sass\build\src\libsass.vcxproj(20,3): error MSB4019: The
 imported project "F:\Microsoft.Cpp.Default.props" was not found. Confirm that the path in the <
Import> declaration is correct, and that the file exists on disk.

Женя К, пути сбиты видимо по хорошему вам лучше самому зачекать и подправить пути, потому что только вы знаете что устанавливали еще, но может это поможет:

npm install --msvs_version=2015
npm config set msvs_version 2015
