Как восстановить RAID LSI MegaRAID SAS 9260-4i ?

Здравствуйте!
У меня был зеркальный рэйд.
В smart я увидел что один из дисков сыпет ошибки.
Решил заменить диск.
Развалил рэйд или он из-за диска развалился.
Очень прошу помочь мне собрать рэйд!

Как все было до моих действий:

Диск [252:0] выдавал кучу СМАРТ-ошибок.
Я решил инициировать его замену.

Сделал:

root@rescue ~ # megacli -PDOffline -PhysDrv [252:0] -a0

Adapter: 0: EnclId-252 SlotId-0 state changed to OffLine.

Exit Code: 0x00
root@rescue ~ #

В выводе предыдущей команды увидел изменения:

State               : Degraded
...
Firmware state: Offline

Ребутнул я сервер и проверил что сервер загружается в установленную ОС.
Загружается ОК.

Сделал следующие действия:

root@rescue ~ # megacli -PDMarkMissing -PhysDrv [252:0] -a0

EnclId-252 SlotId-0 is marked Missing.

Exit Code: 0x00
root@rescue ~ # megacli -PdPrpRmv -PhysDrv [252:0] -a0


Prepare for removal Success

Exit Code: 0x00
root@rescue ~ #

Заменил диск.
Гружусь. Не грузится!!!

Результат:

Вставил снова умирающий диск вместо замененного.
Перегрузился.
Та же проблема.

Помогите, пожалуйста восстановить raid.

Почему не юзали оф. доку?
Вы уверены, что заменили нужный диск? Очень странно, что vd пропал)
Для начала - сделайте копию диска :)

Покажите:

MegaCli –LDInfo -Lall -aALL
MegaCli --PDList -aALL
MegaCli –CfgForeign –Scan -aALL
MegaCli –CfgForeign –Preview -aALL

Если foreign config похож на правду - импортируйте его и запускайте ребилд по доке.
