отправляются на сервер mail.example.com
. Как реализовать подобное поведение для sendmail — мне пока что не удалось найти.
server_name
как "_" он будет просто равен "", что в данном случае равносильно. Это никак не отменяет использование директивыdefault_server
, о чем написано дальше в моем ответе.
