Как настроить блокировку fail2ban + ipset?

Здравствуйте. Есть ось debian 10, на ней установлена Vesta панель.
А также дополнительно fail2ban
Постоянно вижу как в Iptables, добавляются огромные списки блокировок, боты брутят 22 порт.
Смена порта в данной ситуации не интересует, вопрос как задать в конфигурационном файле блокировку сразу в ipset?
Чтобы не забивать iptables

Есть уже готовый пресет в fail2ban 0.9.6
