Mr. Petrov, I have reviewed your PayPal account and I can confirm the
reason you get an error message is because PayPal currently does not
support Maestro cards in the Ukraine. We currently support Visa,
MasterCard, American Express and Discover debit/credit cards.
I would encourage you to add one of above cards to your account so you
can begin to send payments securely using PayPal.
