Ноутбук HP Envy 13-1000 не заряжается. В чем может быть проблема?

Подключаю зарядное устройство к ноутбуку, но он заряжается только до определенного уровня заряда. Блок питания исправен. Как исправить это?

До какого именно определенного? Если порядка 80%, это может быть фича для сохранения ёмкости батареи. А вот если процентов 30-40, это явно неисправность. А сколько лет больному? Как эксплуатировался?

а дальше сплошное шаманство. вот только несколько рецептов. некоторые из них выглядят сомнительно, самые веселые - типа смазывания чипа, отвечающего за зарядку, керосином, я не привел. Люди, пробовавшие их, пишут о разных исходах: от полного решения проблемы вплоть до прекращения заряда вообще. Так что have fun.

Thanks very much for your detailed reply. I turned off the laptop, took out the battery, waited 3 minutes, put the battery back in and turned on the laptop.
Now the battery charging works fine! I'm back at 100% charge.

Hi friend, one solution worked for me. I short circuited the temperature sensor terminals i.e. thermistor terminals. I had doubts but to my surprise it actually reset the battery. Now my battery flawlessly charges to 100%, like a new battery.

Step 01. Click on the Start Button

Step 02. Type "Device Manager" in the start search box & open the Device Manager

Step 03. Look for Batteries and expand it by click on the + symbol on the left

Step 04. Right Click on "Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery" & uninstall

Note: This Battery driver will get re-installed automatically when you restart the Notebook again

Step 05. Please Shutdown the Notebook

Step 06. Please remove the Battery and unplug the Power Adapter [might work with battery not removed]

Step 07. Press and Hold the Power Button for full 1 Minute

Step 08. Go ahead and put back the Battery and connect the Power Adapter

Step 09. Look for "Plugged In Charging" message on the Battery icon

Скорей всего аккумулятор вашего ноутбука изношен. Можете посмотреть здесь https://vip-battery.com.ua/hp/envy/13-1000 батареи для вашей модели. Лучше всего сразу купить батарею с высоким уровнем емкости.
