Зависает Андроид-бокс?

Имеем: Андроид-бокс TAPPRO. Зависает на заставке. При попыте прошиться - останавливается на 7%
Initializedisk error пишет. Ну в общем судя по всему проблема с emmc. Но хотелось бы поточнее. Есть лог загрузки.

Я выписал все строки, содержащие ошибки:

В чем причина? Как пофиксить? Замена NAND ?

Для очистки совести - можно ещё питание проверить. Отсутствие "опухания" и "протекания" конденсаторов. Наличие напряжений, близких к 5, 3.3, 2.5, 1.8 и т.п. Отсутствие (20-40 мВ макс.) пульсаций напряжений.
