Как узнать, можно ли использовать шаблон?

Понравился мне один шаблон с логином и регистрацией. Приятный дизайн с красивой картинкой. Нашёл его на w3layouts. Хоть там и написано absolutely free, но могут ли возникнуть проблемы при его использовании? Как узнать, что точно можно дизайн использовать?
