Почему координаты возвращают нули?

Здравствуйте, у меня возникла проблема с координатами в моем приложении, для определения координат я использую сервис GPSTracker

затем, получив данные с этого сервиса, я сохраняю их в базу данных firebase, однако не все версии androida сохраняют координаты, большинство сохраняют 0, мне кажется дело в permission requests, но я не знаю как их реализовать

Проверка на разрешение, использовать местоположение (android 6.0+).
