Не удается установить Outline на VPS?

При установке по одной из инструкций я ввожу строку:

sudo bash -c "$(wget -qO- https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Jigsaw-Code/outl...)"

В ответ я получаю:

Подскажите, пожалуйста, как это починить?
Система CentOS 7

1) Удалить CentOS 7 и поставить что-то современное, даже убунту.
2) установить openssl

Удали устаревшую centOS7
установи ubuntu22
всё заработает

все тестировалось на ubuntu \ debian

и вообще спокойно ставится в докер, т.к. это просто навороченный прокси

Ну вроде как нет openssl, установи его и повтори команду...
