Как скачать последнюю версию файла через powershell?

Question

Допустим я хочу скачать VisualCppRedist AIO где каждый релиз подписан как:
v0.78.0
v0.77.0
v0.76.0
файл в каждом релизе одинаковый VisualCppRedist_AIO_x86_x64.exe

https://github.com/abbodi1406/vcredist/releases/download/v0.77.0/VisualCppRedist_AIO_x86_x64.exe

мне нужно найти максимальный релиз и скачать его
как задать проверку на максимальное здачение v0.00.0+?

у меня готово только так на последний релиз:

как я понимаю можно использовать Get-MaxVersion
что-то вроде такого:

извиняюсь за путаницу, не правильное регулярное выражение, у меня все получилось:

так же есть могут быть проблемы с Internet Explorer так что рекомендую добавить параметр -UseBasicParsing
