Не могу сформировать бесплатный ssl сертификат в certbot, в чем может быть пролема?

не правильно написал, нужно писать lk.esvz.ru

на 80 порту по этому адресу ничего не отвечает. letsencrypt для валидации использует запрос только на 80 порт

Я например твой адрес lk.esvz.ru не могу открыть, ну похоже что и certbot не может, вот и ругается на это.

а если так https://lk.esvz.ru ?

Eltamiroff, так открывается, но у тебя доступ по 443 порту с самоподписанным сертификатом, а cerbot нужен 80 порт. Поэтому настрой виртуальный хостинг на этом порту и попробуй опять.
