Let me share with you the summary of what we're seeing with your score.
- You have 5 outcomes in the calculation. Remember that we take scores for 6,12 and up to 24 months only. If previous jobs have slipped out of these windows and not enough recent jobs came into place, a change in score can be expected.
-89% of your outcomes have been good, including positive private and public feedback, rehires or long-term relationships.
- Of your contracts with feedback, you received good feedback 100% of the time however,
- 22% of your outcomes have no feedback, which is far above the site average and thus slightly lowers your score.
- Your Job Success Score calculated over 2 years is 89%, over 1 year is 88%, over 6 months is 88% We give you your highest score.
Based on this summary, aside from the past jobs slipping out of your calculation, it appears that you have more numbers of contract with no feedback. In line with this, we would like to share some best practices on how to manage your contract and feedback.
1. If you are awarded a contract but no work materializes in the first days or weeks, we suggest talking to the client about the project and why it isn't moving forward. If the contract won't move forward, closing it as soon as possible or asking the client to do so and leave feedback will minimize the negative impact on your score. When client feedback is received, even without earnings, it will be factored into your JSS.
2. Ask clients to close the contract as soon as possible if the work on the project is done.
3. Close a contract as soon as possible if you and a client decide not to work together or if a client is unresponsive.
We understand how important it is to have a high JSS and remain top rated but please do not be discouraged. We encourage you instead to continue applying to jobs and complete them successfully. Once more recent and successful jobs have come into place, trust your score will improve and can be top rated again.
