Как решить проблему с 3.1.1 Business: Payments — In-App Purchase?

Всем привет!
Столкнулся с такой проблемой в appstoreconnect начал заливать приложение и после проверки мне приходит от эпел письмо с пунктом 3.1.1 вот оно

Guideline 3.1.1 - Business - Payments - In-App Purchase

We noticed that your app provides access to external payment mechanisms for purchases or subscriptions to be used in the app, which is not appropriate for the App Store.

Specifically, as you mentioned in your last response, “there are no transitions to external payment mechanisms now, but only transitions to external resources”. These external resources advice and help the customer to purchase digital content outside the app.(Screenshots attached)

To resolve this issue, please remove any external payment mechanisms from this app. If you feel that we have misunderstood how your app uses this payment mechanism, please respond to this message and explain what users are able to purchase via this payment mechanism and how we can locate the purchases in your app.

суть приложение в чем он переходит по ссылке (красивое слово перейти на сайт) и может посмотреть где купить пожрать, но это не мои сайты и на этих сайтах есть платежная система как ее можно обойти или как объяснить эпалу что это не мои сайты

Я понимаю, что это глупо но я уже 3 раза им писал...
и я спрашиваю людей кто сталкивался с этой проблемой
