Как задать терм таксономии по умолчанию?

Создал кастомную таксономию через register_taxonomy для кастомного типа . Создал несколько термов. Как сделать автоматическое присваивание дефолтной при создании поста?
Типа как рубрика "без рубрики" для постов, которая назначается даже если не была выбрана.
