Моргает экран под курсором. Как исправить?

Моргает экран под курсорм при перемещении (часто при переходе на другой экран). Иногда моргает при при вводе текста. А иногда один из экранов становиться чёрным с артефактами.
На винде такой проблемы не наблюдаю.
Видеокарта: intel graphics 4000.
OS: Linux Mint Xfce
