Почему не Загружается cisco 7604?

Перестала запускаться Cisco 7604 с модулем RSP720-3CXL-10GE.
При запуске вываливается в rommon, даю команду boot
rommon 1 > boot

загрузка продолжается, затем выпадают ошибки
