Ультразвуковой радар не работает программа Processing: RuntimeException: Error opening serial port COM4: Port busy?

Пытаюсь сделать ультразвуковой радар с помощью программы processing и arduino, но вылазиет ошибка RuntimeException: Error opening serial port COM4: Port busy
хотя плата arduino uno подключена к порту COM4(я это проверял несколько раз), что делать?
