Проблема с установкой npm пакета как решить?

Стоит редос, ставлю окружение для битрикса по этой инструкции, но возникла ошибку, вроде как прописал proxy но всеравно вылетает ошибка
делал
npm config set proxy xxx.xxx.xxx.4:8080
npm config set https-proxy xxx.xxx.xxx.4:8080
and
npm config rm proxy
npm config rm https-proxy

Вот перевод: Скорее всего, это не проблема с node-gyp или самим пакетом, а стек связан с сетевым подключением. В большинстве случаев вы находитесь за прокси или у вас плохие сетевые настройки.
Похоже что-то не так с твоим прокси.

этот же прокси спокойно идет через dnf yum wget, но через npm нет?

1. другой прокси
2. без прокси
3. vpn
4. забить на редос и использовать другой дистрибутив)

Олег Милованов, да не я тупанул, после указания прокси я потом сбивал обратно через rm
