Wireguard: Почему клиент windows не может подключиться после ios?

В чём может быть проблема?

Подключаюсь к серверу через ios, всё прекрасно работает. Отключаюсь в ios и пытаюсь подключиться через windows клиент, подключение не идёт. В tcpdump тоже ничего нет.

После

systemctl restart wg-quick@wg0

получается опять подключиться на винде. Но проблема возвращается после первого подключения через ios
