Как сделать свой сервер Apache (nextcloud) + noip доступным из интернета?

Всем привет! Кто подскажет в какую сторону копать?
Имеется свой сервер Apache с Nextcloud на RPI, однако он не доступен из интернета. Статический IP и проброс портов, как пологается, сделал. Однако сервер все равно не работает из вне, а по локалке наобарот - все также работает. На роутере сервис DDNS (NOIP) также включен. Если смотреть из nmap (из самой RPI) - то пишет что 80 порт открыт, а если смотреть с другого ПК в сети на сайтах подобных этому - то пишет что порт закрыт. Это норма?

P.S: Прошу прощения, если мои вопросы вам покажутся глупыми.

Что такое Location: 217.150.72.107:8080
Как и куда у вас там порты пробрасываются..
