Вот код для вставки самого тега. Добавьте в функцию свои условия, чтобы определить текущую языковую версию и вывести корректный hreflang.

Обращение к функции загоняйте в отдельную переменную:

$pagination = self::vdfGetPagination($paramsUrl);

а потом выводите:

echo $pagination['html'];

UPD:

в value должно попасть уже готовое значение - <?= $pagination['html']; ?>

Вообще если у Вас фреймфорк какой, то в контроллере должна быть вся логика.

Если нужно быстро и некрасиво, то над input-ом:

и далее так:

<input type="hidden" value="<?= $pagination['html'] ?>" name="ts-params-url">

А вообще там где генерируется $paramsUrl, там и должен быть вышеперечисленный код, а вывод в шаблон уже <?= $pagination['html'] ?>

В общем так. У вас часть ресурсов подгружаются по HTTP, а должны грузиться по HTTPS. Нажав в хроме Ctrl+Shift+J - откроется консоль разработчка, там увидите все замечания. Судя по всему у вас сайт на wordpress. Если везде в админ панели указано использовать https, то придется поковыряться в шаблонах или базе, на предмет поиска урлов к ресурсам содержащих "http:", и заменить их на https или убрать вообще "http:" из урла, чтобы он начинался с "//"

Просто откройте консоль
