Как решить ошибку при установке NOC Project?

Устанавливаю NOC Project в докере на Astra Linux(Debian).
Все делаю по мануалу https://github.com/nocproject/noc-docker
Дошел до пункта запуска скрипта ./slowstart.sh .

Проблемы явно с python, но решить пока её не могу. ПРОШУ ПОМОЩИ, ДОБРЫЕ ЛЮДИ И БУДУЩИЕ КОЛЛЕГИ!
