Mongo. Как исправить ошибку command voteCommitIndexBuild requires authentication?

Я установил в synology docker Rocket.chat и mongo. Все работает хорошо.
Но контейнер генерирует сообщения каждую секунду.
Это нагруждает дисковую систему.
Прошу совет иправить эту ошибку. В крайнем случае как отключить запись на диск этих сообщений?
