Ошибки в парсере на php, как его доработать?

Ругается потому что вы в $xml объект зачем-то пытаетесь вставить массив.

$aries =         $xml['aries'] = array ("aries.gif","Овен",$xml->aries->today);

замените на

$aries = array ("aries.gif","Овен",$xml->aries->today);

Уберите присвоение значения в $xml['aries'] во всех строках

@disc действительно помогло! огромное спасибо! Скажите а почему ничего не отображается, если напрямую обращаться к файлу вот ссылка goo.gl/vgrrgB хотелось бы чтобы при обращении показывалось "сегодня"

@rofn потому что у вас стоят условия на проверку $_GET['g'].
Можно написать так

if ($_GET['g'] === "segodnya" || !isset($_GET['g'])) {

вместо
if ($_GET['g'] === "segodnya") {

@rofn Вообще было бы здорово переписать это на switch вместо if и тогда бы в default секции у вас был бы сегодня.
