Установлена LineageOS.

Как установить Телеграм, не используя посредников берущих apk из Гугл Плей?
Я правильно понимаю, телеграм не предоставляет apk для установки?

Apk с F-Droid вам подойдёт или он тоже левый?

Более менее, но да, это тоже левый по сути, поскольку его там разместили не ребята с Телеграма, а сами F-Droid.

За не имением других вариантов (сам я собирать точно не буду), это единственная опция.
