Почему возникает ошибка NoClassDefFoundError?

Есть в Android Studio проект, в нём есть модуль, у которого в Gradle прописано:

apply plugin: 'com.android.library'

android {
    compileSdkVersion 19
    buildToolsVersion "22.0.1"

    defaultConfig {
        minSdkVersion 11
        targetSdkVersion 16
    }

    buildTypes {
        release {
            minifyEnabled false

        }
    }
}

dependencies {
    compile 'commons-io:commons-io:2.4'
}

Здесь происходит ошибка:
