We do not have a separate process for creating a corporate AWS account. To get started, you'd simply sign up for an AWS account using the e-mail address you wish to use here to login and receive notifications. In regards to the EU and Vat,
Amazon Web Services is registered under the simplified regime of VAT in the European Union. We are obligated to collect VAT from E.U. residents who purchase our services.
If you have a valid VAT number that was issued to you by one of the E.U. member states, you can register this information via the page below to exempt your account from VAT charges.

The country for which you are providing the VAT number must match the country of the billing address listed on your account. We also require that a valid credit card is associated with your account.
