Не работает парсер в телеграм боте на Python, в чём может быть проблема?

Парсер последних постов с Хабра.
Суть заключается в том, что бот будет брать последние опубликованные посты с Хабра на тему Python и публиковать их в телеграмм-канале. В публикованном посте будет присутствовать заголовок, текст и ссылка на источник поста.
Возможно проблема в том, что я использовал не те элементы кода с Хабра.
(Возможно налипил много не нужного, т.к смотрел разные источники)

Рекомендую конкретизировать вопрос и спрятать код под спойлер. В частности, парсер постов, опубликованных на хабре, или парсер постов, взятый с хабра?
Если взятый, то почему бы не задать вопрос автору?

Ну и проблему хорошо бы поподробней расписать.

@bot.message_handler(func=lambda m: True)

Из двух одинаковых декораторов сработает самый первый. Поэтому функция commands даже не выполняется

Поменял второй декоратор на
@bot.message_handler(content_types=['text'])
Теперь появилась ошибка, но уже, как я понял, связанная с парсингом
