Почему не работает dependency NametagEdit?

У меня высвечивается ошибка, когда я пытаюсь импортировать зависимость NametagEdit, плагин на Bukkit (на моем втором компьютере такая же ошибка, но там плагин на Paper и pom.xml чуть-чуть другой)

В репозитории ошибок нету, пишу на Intellij IDEA.

Вероятнее всего неправильно указан repository

Попробуйте вместо

<repository>
    <id>upstream</id>
    <url>https://ci.nametagedit.com/plugin/repository/everything/com/nametagedit/nametagedit/</url>
</repository>

прописать это

<repository>
    <id>upstream</id>
    <url>https://ci.nametagedit.com/plugin/repository/everything/</url>

Ошибка при компиляции плагина в jar, а так все работает

JiMoonStaff-1.0.jar, nametagedit-4.4.16.jar define 2 overlapping resources: 
  - META-INF/MANIFEST.MF
  - plugin.yml
maven-shade-plugin has detected that some class files are
present in two or more JARs. When this happens, only one
single version of the class is copied to the uber jar.
Usually this is not harmful and you can skip these warnings,
otherwise try to manually exclude artifacts based on
mvn dependency:tree -Ddetail=true and the above output.
