Почему ng serve --open требует вебпак?

lssssssssssl , так делал npm uninstall --save webpack
npm install --save-dev webpack

anriko, Классно, что вы так делали(Это не имело смысла). А по инструкции, которую я скинул, сделать не хотите?

lssssssssssl, не могу понять почему надо удалять package-lock.json вне как раз прописывается соответствия версий

webpack удалить только перед этим не забудьте, который скачали командой "npm install --save-dev webpack"

anriko, package.json надо оставить, в нём все ваши пакеты и версии сохраняться, а package-lock.json нужно удалить. Он вновь у Вас появится, когда вы сделаете npm i

anriko, такое ощущение что роскомнадзор взялся за старое.
т.е. у вас может просто некоторые айпи забанены с которых пакеты скачиваются

anriko, Попробуйте yarn использовать для установки пакетов, мне помнится, я очень давно сталкивался с подобным, и yarn загадочным образом мне помог.
