How to remove the gray highlight that appears on hover?

Hello everybody!
I want to remove the gray line that appears when the mouse hovers over the line. I understand that for this I need to look for the problem in the source code, but I can't find anything to catch on. Most likely you need to affect styles globally.

Start from (in Chrome):
right click on the element -> view source code -> in dev tools on Elements pannel right click on element -> Forse state -> hover;

After this you will may find hover styles in Styles tab of Elements pannel;

Or you can switch to the Computed tab, find background property with this color and travel to source from witch this property was seted. (by click on arrow between property name and property value)

• посмотрите класс/id у данного блока и поищите :hover у него в файле стилей;
  
• в инструментах разработчика посмотрите не навешивается ли на данный блок какой либо класс (у которого в css будет прописан серый цвет);
  
• поищите в js файле onmouseover для данного блока;

It would have been nice, if you'd have shared source code, so we're able to pinpoint the issue.
Since there is no code snippet and you can not spot anything out of order, that specific style could be inherited from the parent elements.
