в исходном коде не забыли include бла-бла-бла.h для соответствующей библиотеки?

hint000, undefined reference to `boost::python::exec(char const*, boost::python::api::object, boost::python::api::object)' возникает при не нахождении реализации функции заголовочных файлов, насколько я помню.

Сигнатура метода не сходится:

Не сконструировался boost::python::str из с-строчки.

Хм, не обратил внимание на сигнатуру аргументов. Как такое может быть, что версии файлов включений и библиотек совпадают, при такой картине.
