CME IVR TCL скрипт, как изменить поведение?

1.звоню на номер ZZZ
2. слышу welcome.au prompt
3. набираю добавочный, вижу то звонок уходит на добавочный номер
4. вижу входящий на добавочном номере
5. на добавочном номере нажимаю decline
6. звонок при этом не обрывается, а уходит на номер operator 1330

Как сделать так чтобы звонок после нажатия decline обрывался?

Кроме этой проблемы скрипт работает отлично.
