Почему когда у меня случается ошибка node.js не убивает процесс на порту и он остается там висеть? Или я хочу перезапустить сервер нажимаю в терминале сtrl + c потом снова запускаю и мне пишет что порт уже занят?

Также я понял что процесс умирает только полсле какой-нибудь ошибки в коде во время презапуска nodemon
