Now we must use national software (very sad news). Thus, I no longer need a subscription due to the company's policy regarding my country. I also studied consumer protection law in our country. You provide services in our country, then the laws of our country apply to our relationship. Paragraph 38 of the law on the protection of consumer rights reads "The consumer has the right to unilaterally refuse to execute the contract for the performance of work (provision of services), subject to payment to the contractor of the expenses actually incurred by him, unless otherwise provided by law." Given all of the above - the company's policy towards my country and local law - I ask you to cancel my subscription without incurring a penalt (fee).
