Как указать ip в docker-compose файл для bbb?

Привет всем Сильно не пинайте. Только начал погружаться в это все.
Не могу написать docker-compose.file для Big Blue Button.

Есть Dockerfile big blue button

запускается он через
Docker run docker run -p 80:80/tcp -p 1935:1935/tcp -p 5066:5066/tcp -p 32730-32768:32730-32768/udp -p 2202:2202 --cap-add=NET_ADMIN --name bigbluebutton bigbluebutton/bigbluebutton -h MyIP

Я написал под это дело docker-compose file все запускается и останавливается.
Но есть проблема нужно указать ip адрес так как в Docker run есть ключ -h где указывается IP.
И в логах видно сообщение
BigBlueButton is now starting up at this address

http:// MyIP
Но когда Я делаю через docker-compose там нет ip и из-за этого не запускается сам сервис хотя контейнер запускается.

Each of these is a single value, analogous to its docker run counterpart. Note that mac_address is a legacy option.

Но результат тот же.

Думаю что нужно в приложений видими что ли прописать ip
может через environmental ?
