Установка PyQt5?

Здравствуйте. PyQt5 не устанавливается при помощи pip3 install pyqt5
Подскажите почему выскакиевает эта ошибка?

(venv) alexandr@A-HP:~/Scripts$ pip3 install PyQt5

Нужно обновить pip.

sudo pip3 install --upgrade pip
