Могу ли я на своем сайте выводить чпу-ссылки на статьи другого сайта (без заголовка, тескта или картинок - только лишь ссылки), если в Terms Of Use другого сайта (далее обозначим его просто SITE) указано следующее:

Но: в ваших тэгах стоит «парсинг», так что вы, возможно, делаете производную работу в другом: например, дерёте технические характеристики или определяете, есть ли у SITE что-то в запасе. За это могут придраться.
