Как сделать, чтобы форма обратной связи нормально присылала кириллицу?

Здравствуйте! Есть форма обратной связи. Она корректно работает, но вместо кириллицы в сообщении приходят иероглифы. Подскажите пожалуйста, как это исправить?

$mail->CharSet = 'UTF-8';

перед $mail->Send();

Ну, или та кодировка, в которой вы отправляете письмо. Так как иероглифы не приложены - предполагаю, что ставить надо CP1251.
