Почему мой провайдер не может работать с OpenVPN?

Здравствуйте, у меня такая проблема: люблю я играть с другом в одну онлайн игру, а для ее подключения нужно, чтобы ты подключился к их OpenVPN серверу. Со своим провайдером у меня не получается подключиться, а когда я подключаю телефон с Usb tethering и с подключенным к соседскому вай фаю, у меня все прекрасно подключается и хорошо работает (но иногда бывает медленный интернет и иногда вай фай соседи отключают). Вот что мне выдает OpenVPN:

Обращаться в техническую поддержку провайдера пробовали?

Ну судя по всему блокируется порт с Вашего провайдера.
Какой провайдер?
Сделайте телнет на порт
В консоли виндовс telnet ip address (куда подключаетесь) пробел 1443
telnet 1.2.3.4 1443

Откроется ли пустое черное окно?

Этот вопрос надо задавать провайдеру.
У Уфанета вот тоже L2TP из-за их ната вообще не проходит(у части пакетов адреса не маскируются), с нового года не могут решить.
