На гитхабе стали доступны на редактирование ЛЮБЫЕ wiki. Все чужие репозитории доступны для изменения как владельцу. Что происходит?

This is expected behaviour. The owner of the repository has allowed editing from all GitHub users. You can read more about this setting here:

Да, смотрел nodejs и недавние форки - кнопки для редактирования есть :( но на atom/github всё закрыто.
Через клиент всё хорошо.

$ git push -f
remote: Permission to XXX/test.wiki.git denied to %username%.
fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/XXX/test.wiki/': The requested URL returned error: 403
