DSL, не могу понять?

Привет!


Хотелось бы себе облегчить жизнь и заменить UI для конфигурации одного объекта на текстовый режим с DSL.


Т.е. я себе это вижу так. Мне надо на выходе получить правильно заполненую джавовскую DTO, которая содержит разные объекты, которые в свою очередь содержат другие объекты.

На входе хотелось бы что-то текстовое, что я потом запроцешу и получу DTO. На первый взгляд подойдет и JSON с Jackson Unmarshaller:

но я так понимаю, что groovy мне сможет дать какие-то более гибкие и информативные вещи для валидации инпута, например если между полями должны быть какие-то зависимости.


Господа, как бы видели такой dsl инпут на груви? И как собственно из этого DSL мне получить заполненный мой java DTO?

Тогда можно в GRAILS посмотреть — BuildConfig.groovy например, впоне себе json:

mgramin, ага, спасибо.
Я вот заметил, что все туториалы, что я видел dsl пишут для экшен скриптов, т.е. «сделай то, сделай это». А я вот хотел бы еще почитать о применимости DSL для конфигурирования, ну т.е. имеет ли смысл заморачиваться с ним или проще сделать именно на xml/json?
