Почему в браузере Chrome на Андроид не отображается информация об организации (Organisation O ) из EV (extended validation) SSL- сертификата, как например это делается в Safari на iOS ?

You should check below listed things:

Latest Chrome version (if using old version then update to new one).
The SSL has not installed properly.
The SSL certificate has expired.

i've checked with the latest Chrome Version.
SSL certificate is OK
It was tested on the sslabs.com

Yes, it is working properly on Firefox, checkout image listed below:



But the information of organization details or say business/owner name in the green bar is not displayed because SSL certificate provided with TLS 1.2 protocol and that is not supported by google chrome.

Read 'Supported on:' under the section of SSLVersionMin (deprecated) from this resource www.chromium.org/administrators/policy-list-3#SSLV... that will help to understand your query in better way.

it's the printscreen of Firefox desktop version.
On my smartphone (Android 5.0.2) Chrome Version 60.0.3112.78 is installed.
In Chrome Settings TLS 1.2 is on, however no organisation name

webww, Yes, it is print screen of the Firefox desktop version and I have already said that organization name will not be displayed in chrome browser because as per resource of max limit of SSL version www.chromium.org/administrators/policy-list-3#SSLV... it supports browser version since 58.
