Почему не устанавливается dot net core 1.0?

Обновил студию с Visual Studio 2015 Update 2 до Visual Studio 2015 Update 3*.
Пытаюсь установить .NET Core 1.0 for Visual Studio н получаю

vs community - бесплатная. Что не так?

Толстый Лорри: Ну там лог файл списочек в пол уходящий, я думал может кто сталкивался

Вот вам и ответ. Переустановите Update 3 для студии.

ГЛЕБ ГЛЕБОВ: переименовываем лог файл, устанавливаем dot net core 1.0, смотрим в новом логе ошибки, лишней инфы там теперь будет минимум, желательно логом поделиться

Оказывается это распространённая проблема.

Решение:
Запустить установку с флагом пропуска проверки

dotnetcore.1.0.0-vs2015tools.preview2 SKIP_VSU_CHECK=1
