Почему может не работать синхронизация папок в vagrant?

Почему может не работать синхронизация папок в vagrant? Так же стоит отметить, что почему то после запуска (vagrant up), на localhost открывается /var/www/html, хотя в конфигурационном файле указана другая docroot-папка.

Пытаюсь настроить рабочую среду в linux ubuntu 14.04...
Версия vagrant 1.8.1 и VB 5.0.
