Как сделать строку из object HTMLdivelement javascript?

Доброго времени суток. Скажите, как сделать из object HTMLdivelement строку, чтобы потом можно было просмотреть ее содержимое?
Например имеем
var MYQLink = jQuery(html).find(".logo")[0];
В результате получается HTMLdivelement. Я просто хочу увидеть, что внутри него лежит.

var fourth = $(html).find(".logo").parent().html();

сработает, только если нет других элементов на том же уровне

var html = '<div><div class="logo"><p>Content</p><p>Further Elaborated</p></div><div class="anything-else"><p>Content</p></div></div>';

не пройдёт тест
