Как создавать и изменять geosite.dat?

Подскажите пожалуйста, настраиваю себе xray-core и очень хочется изменить файл geosite.dat под себя или создать свой список доменов, но пока даже не смог просмотреть его. В notepadd++ белиберда, в HEXe вроде что-то осмысленное, но все еще не human readable. Как его просмотреть, чтобы понять синтаксис и правильно отредактировать?
